  • Dates: ASAC – FT/Ongoing is preferred
  • Schedule: Will consider 8's, 10's, or 12's.
  • Call: nightly call, 24-hour weekend call, and MD is first call.
  • Support Staff: Care Team, Medical Direction
  • Case Mix: General, GYN, Ortho, Vascular, Urology, and OB
  • EMR System: Paper charting
  • Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
  • Active IN License: Highly preferred, but will consider those who need to license while credentialing simultaneously
