- 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm (M-F): 2 (OR/Trauma/OB)
- 7:00 pm – 7:00 am 2 (Trauma/OB and on call)
- 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (Sat/Sun): 1 (OR/Trauma/OB)
- 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm (Sat/Sun): 1 (OR/Trauma/OB)
- 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (Sat/Sun): 2 (Trauma/OB and on call)
- On Call Requirements: Sunday – Saturday: 12-hour call
- Case Mix: Bariatric, ENT, IR, GYN, Podiatry, Spine, Urology, Endo, OMFS, Dental, Plastics
- Support Staff/Supervision: What percentage of the time will the CRNA be Medically Directed by an anesthesiologist? 100%
- Certifications: ALL incoming clinicians must have active PALS, ACLS, AHA, BLS, and TB Test
- Active License: Must have a Florida License & DEA
