- 2nd floor procedure area includes 2 endoscopy suites, 2 minor procedure rooms and in development is an interventional radiology suite
- Other non-operating room sites covered include CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, radiation oncology and a heme-oncology procedure room
- Supervision: Medical Directive
- Active SC License
- Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
