- Case Mix: Scopes, total joints, spine. The Anesthesiologists will do all blocks. Types of blocks are: Interscalene, infraclavicular, supraclavicular, axillary, sciatic, femoral, I-PAK Popliteal
- # of OR's: 2
- Supervision and Ratio: Medical Direction
- Active License
- Credentialing Time Frame: 30-35 days
- Certifications Required: Asking. BLS, ACLS, PALS. board certified
