- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 3 months with the option to extend.
- Case Mix: Mostly general surgery, urology, orthopedics, cardiothoracic, cath lab, OB, and some pediatrics (ASA 1 dental usually). No trauma, transplant, neurosurgery or spine, ENT or high-risk OB. Pending # of cardiac cases per shift, or per week.
- Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction – not personally performing cases
- Certifications: BC or BE, fellowship not required, however, TEE proficiency is. ACLs, BLS, PALS.
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
- Active WV License
