The Opportunity

Assignment Details
- Location: Norfolk, Virginia
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Schedule: 8hr, 10hr, 12hr shifts offered based on the needs of the team.
- Call: Must be open to weeknight and/or weekend call. 1:10
- Setting: Inpatient. No trauma designation. 274 beds, includes an Orthopedic Hospital and Preoperative Services.
- CRNA Supervision: Required. Ratio is likely 1:4-5, shooting for 1:3-4 once staffed up

- Dates: Multiple dates beginning from June to August 2026
What You’ll Do
- Provide patient care in an accredited Primary Stroke Center and magnet hospital for nursing excellence.
- Anesthesia, general anesthesia, cardiac cath lab
- Specialize in orthopedic and spine care, heart, vascular, maternity care, and general surgery.
- Support continuity of care
- Optional duties as applicable
Requirements
- Must be open to weeknight and/or weekend call
- Must have active VA license AND VA DEA at time of presentation
- Must be board certified
- Clean NPDB preferred
