- Case Mix: Ability to cover both inpatient and outpatient surgery center cases. Endo, GI, ENT, Gen Surg, Ortho, and GYN. No complex cardiac or OB coverage.
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 75 days
- Certifications: NBCRNA, ABLS, ACLS, and BLS
- Active IN License: Licensed in IN or compact
- Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
