- Schedule/Coverage: Beginning ASAC (Desired Start Date of AUG 3rd) for 6 months with the option to extend. Provider must also be open to taking call – 7 pm – 7 am on weeknights (one night per week) and 7 am – 7 am (24-hr) on weekends (every 5th weekend on average). Either Sat @ 7 am – Sun @ 7 am or Sun @ 7 am – Mon @ 7 am.
- Case Mix: Heavy Ortho, General, Vascular, and Neuro cases. No Hearts, no OB, and no Peds.
- Support Staff/Supervision: Medical supervision with occasional medical direction at a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio
- Credentialing Time Frame: 30-60 days
- Active FL License: Required to present
