- Dates/Schedule: Beginning ASAC for 3-6 months with the option to extend. Monday-Friday from 7 am – 3 pm. Hours may extend past 3:30 pm with surgery add-on cases.
- Case Mix: General Anesthesia, some CRNA's occasionally assist in cardiac, but Anesthesiologist is the primary provider, thoracic, vascular, OB/Maternity (CRNA's take OB call & do epidurals & spinals, Anesthesiologist supervises C-Sections), ENT, Opthalmology, Ortho, Pediatrics (mostly for ENT), and Urology
- Support Staff/Supervision: Supervised Model. 8 Anesthesiologist's and 18 CRNA's on staff
- Credentialing Time Frame: 30 days
- Certifications: NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS, ATLS
- Active OH License: Licensed in OH or IMLC
- Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
