- # of OR's: 10
- Support Staff/Supervision: Supervised CRNA model. RN's and Surgical Techs for support.
- Credentialing Time Frame: 90-120 days
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and AANA (highly preferred)
- Active Michigan License: Yes – Active MI RN license required to present
