- Case Mix: Pain, Ortho, Spine. CRNA must be able to do blocks
- Support Staff/Supervision: CRNA must be able to work independently
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 30 days – emergency privileges
- Active FL License: Required upfront
- Certifications: BLS
- Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
