- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. 220-bed facility. Annual volume – 3,876 per year.
- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 3 months with the option to extend. The schedule consists of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off and is Monday-Friday, 5×8's. No option for 12's, and no 10's unless provider is on call.
- Case Mix: General (including carotids and VATS), ENT (healthy peds), urology, orthopedics, endoscopy. No OB, hearts, backs, or heads. Rare remote-from-OR anesthesia (lithotripsy, peripheral angiography/angioplasty)
- # OR's: 9 bed OR running average 4 rooms daily
- Support Staff/Supervision: CRNA only practice. CRNA's work independently.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NBCRNA
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 30-45 days with temps issued
- Active VA License: Active VA highly preferred upfront
