- Dates/Coverage Needed: Starting ASAC (30-45 days) for 6 months with the option to extend. Shifts are 4×10's and 3×12's. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call.
- Case Mix: General, General, Endo, and peds cases for patients ages 10+. Provider must be able to support EP labs, watchman procedures, and spinal anesthesia as well.
- Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
- Active FL License: Required
