Donny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. He has been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years.
Donny joined IAS in 2007, where he started his full desk role as both a recruiter and client account manager. While in this role, Donny also learned the processes of credentialing, licensing, onboarding, provider enrollment, malpractice insurance, invoicing/billing, and travel coordination.
Having been in the healthcare staffing industry for this long brings a wealth of knowledge that he uses to ensure our providers and clients are taken care of in the right way. Donny thoroughly enjoys helping his team make placements, securing high quality providers leading to excellent patient care.
Donny grew up just outside of Richmond, VA before moving to north GA. Outside of work, Donny loves spending time with his wife and son. He also enjoys reading, physical fitness, and being outside when the weather is nice.
Chief Medical Officer
Previously serving as an IMN consultant, Dr. Sturdivant was invaluable as a peer-to-peer communicator with both providers and clients, helping navigate expectations and relationships while addressing any potential misunderstandings. He’ll continue in this capacity as IMN’s Chief Medical Officer while also developing a program to help educate residents and new healthcare practitioners about locum tenens employment. Given Dr. Sturdivant’s ongoing experience as a practicing locum physician, he can speak first-hand about the opportunities and benefits of working as a locum physician.
Senior VP of Business Development
Rob has been in the healthcare industry for over 18 years. As a strategic sales and client relationship professional, he is most prideful in offering custom and cost-effective solutions that meet the unique needs of each organization that he serves. Rob is well versed in direct and custom MSP partnerships and has earned strategic staffing and recruitment partnerships with many of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations within Acute Care, Specialty Care, Telehealth, Urgent Care, Long Term Care, Home Health, and Insurance.
He joined Independence Anesthesia Services in 2022 and is excited to promote our diverse service offerings. I am sure that he will ask you to “Please let us work hard to make you feel like our only customer.”
Rob resides in Pennsylvania, graduated from Philadelphia University, and currently resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia with his wife and two children.
Chief Clinical Officer
Since joining IMN in 2021 as vice president of quality assurance, Lee has been instrumental in cementing the organization’s commitment to patient care. Her expertise as an RN, coupled with her years of quality control experience, make her uniquely suited for the Chief Clinical Officer position. Her responsibilities will continue to include thoroughly researching each provider’s background, addressing malpractice issues, and serving as a liaison between the provider and facility management. She’ll also focus on increasing IMN’s internal education program to help its staff remain in tune with constantly evolving healthcare needs and trends in the industry.
