Donny Hill is a relationship manager with the Independence team and joined us in July of 2007. Donny has a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Middle GA State University. His learning there, coupled with several years of experience in the business world, helped prepare him for his current role. Donny is up to par with, what is competitive in the anesthesia staffing marketplace. His goal is to guide providers to the right fit, at the right value. Working with utmost integrity and transparency is something he takes very seriously. Donny is here to represent his providers and clients to the best of his ability and will diligently strive to make sure each need is met.
On a side note, Donny grew up just outside of Richmond, VA and moved to Georgia in 2003. Outside of work, Donny loves spending time with his wife of 14 years and his 9-year-old son. He also enjoys reading, physical fitness and being outside when the weather is nice.

Miriam joined Independence Anesthesia Services in 2018, after spending 20 years working in Anesthesia administration.
She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree and worked for 2 large Health Systems recruiting CRNAs.
Miriam is familiar with both sides of Anesthesia staffing, and maintains the same integrity and commitment to support CRNAs that Independence exemplifies.
In her free time, Miriam is an avid runner, cyclist, & yogi. She entertains her 90 pound Goldendoodle, and is an all-out fan of her 2 high school aged kids and best friend/husband Jon.
She is happy to be part of the Independence team!

Rob has been in the healthcare industry for over 18 years. As a strategic sales and client relationship professional, he is most prideful in offering custom and cost-effective solutions that meet the unique needs of each organization that he serves. Rob is well versed in direct and custom MSP partnerships and has earned strategic staffing and recruitment partnerships with many of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations within Acute Care, Specialty Care, Telehealth, Urgent Care, Long Term Care, Home Health, and Insurance.
He joined Independence Anesthesia Services in 2022 and is excited to promote our diverse service offerings. I am sure that he will ask you to “Please let us work hard to make you feel like our only customer.”
Rob resides in Pennsylvania, graduated from Philadelphia University, and currently resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia with his wife and two children.
