- Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction
- # of OR's: 20 OR's with approximately 1,600 cases per month between both facilities
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
- Certifications: BC, ACLS, and BLS
- Active TX License: Required upfront
