- Case Mix: Mostly general surgery, urology, orthopedics, cath lab, OB, and some pediatrics (ASA 1 dental usually). No trauma, transplant, neurosurgery or spine, ENT or high-risk OB.
- Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction – not personally performing cases
- Certifications: BC or BE, ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
- Active WV License: Preferred upfront
