Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC FT for 6 months with the option to extend. Schedule would consist of either 5×8's or 2×8's and 2×12's
Case Mix: All but peds, hearts, and OB. Spinals and epidurals are not required
Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction
Credentialing Time-Frame: 90-120 days
Active Texas License: Must have TX license in order to submit
