Locum Anesthesiologist *119387: Northcentral, New York
  • Dates: ASAP – 12/31/2024
  • Needed: 2
  • COVID Vaccination required
  • 30 day emergency privileging time frame.
  • No OT
  • $290+/hr
  • Cases: General Surgery, GYN, bariatric, spine, OB, Ortho (with blocks), Neuro/Heads & Peds (few).
  • Shift Times: 24 call 7am-7am, if not on call daily shift is 7am-4pm unless in the peel off list.
  • Supervision and Own cases. MOR and surgery centers only. If supervising the ratio is 1:3.
  • Call: Yes, MOR and OB – call 2 MDs in house
  • Charting: Paper charting, except for pre and post op orders in computer.
  • Position Requirements: 
    • Assists in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department
    • Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures M.D./D.O
    • Degree from an accredited College of Medicine ECFMC and FLEX
    • Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia Currently licensed as a Physician.
    • Board Certified
