Locum CRNA *119712: Northwestern, Iowa
- Needed: 2
- Dates: July 1st – Jan 3rd
- Schedule: work a 2:1 rotation (2 weeks on and 1 week off)
- Week 1 = Shifts + Call Mon-Sun
- Week 2 = Shifts only Mon-Fri. Week 3 = off.
- Ortho or podiatry can have an early morning "add on", a couple of long days per week, coverage and call- 1 or 2 light to no work.
- Case Mix: Ortho, Podiatry, Gyno, ENT, Gen, Dental, Full Service Obstetrics (c sections. Will do epidural and spinal).
- Skills: Blocks are critical. Ortho & Podiatry are main cases needing blocks. Must be versatile, confident and comfortable working independently.
- Patient Demographic: 2+ (Peds for Dental and ENT)
- Staffing model: work alongside CRNAs, no anesthesiologists
- Active IA License: will consider non licensed IA providers
- Credentialing: can grant temp privileges
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, IA CSR
