- Dates/Coverage Needed: Weekdays start at 6:30am and end time is dependent upon or case volumes. Onsite call is from 6:30 pm – 6:30 am.
- Aug 2nd – Sunday evening call 6:30 pm
- Aug 3rd – Day shift
- Aug 4th – Day shift with call option
- Aug 5th – Day shift
- Aug 6th – Day shift with call option
- Aug 7th – Day shift
- Aug 13th – Day shift with call option
- September – December
- Case Mix:
- Full-scope anesthesia care, including care to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
- Procedures: All – Thoracic, Neuro, Cardio, Trauma, Peds, & OB
- Providers will work inpatient but will cover both IP/OP surgeries as scheduled.
- 20% Inpatient
- 80% Outpatient
- NORA (Non-Operating Room Anesthesia)
- Support Staff/Supervision: Care team model, supervising CRNA's is required
- # of OR's: 3 rooms, max 4 at one time
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 30-60 days
- Certifications: Board Certified, BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Active MI License
